3-Day Banana Diet – Open Season

Do you know that a banana can replace one meal? It has all the necessary substances to keep your
body full of energy without enabling it with additional calories. Fruits are a very good way to lose
weight, so have you ever considered a fruit diet. If not, this is your chance. Prepare yourself for a
tasty three-day tropical diet and turn losing weight into a pleasure.

Day 1

Breakfast(all breakfasts are the same every day) – a glass of milk, a banana, two almond nuts and a
cup of tea, without sugar.

11 o`clock – a banana and a glass of grapefruit juice (all days are the same)

Lunch -low-fat yoghurt, a banana, 4 spoon-fulls oatmeal

17 o`clock – yoghurt with fruits (all days are the same)

Dinner-Vegetable soup or salad, 100grlow-fat cottage cheese, a loaf of wholegrain bread

Day 2

Breakfast – see day 1

11 o`clock – see day 1

Lunch – 200 gr low-fat cottage cheese, 2 loafs of wholegrain bread, a banana

17 o`clock – see day 1

Dinner – a boiled egg, a loaf of wholegrain bread, an orange and a banana for dessert

Day 3

Breakfast – see day 1

11 o`clock – see day 1

Lunch – tuna salad, two wholegrain biscuits , a banana
17 o`clock – see day 1

Dinner – vegetable soup(it should contain at least 405 types of vegetables), 50 gr cheese, 1 loaf of
wholegrain bread.
